Tangy homemade barbecue sauce to add to all of your favorite grilling recipes!
Ingredients
1 1/2 -2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Round Pond Cabernet & Merlot Blend Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Molasses
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp Ancho chili powder
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Taste and adjust ingredients according to personal preference. To serve as a dipping sauce with Ground Beef Meat balls, put ingredients into a small saucepan. Add 2/3 cup water; heat to simmer for a few minutes. Serve warm. Do not add water if using for grilled hamburgers.
